Community Information 

Colorado Springs has homes for every lifestyle.  There are country respites, mountain retreats, downtown lofts, horse property, golf course communities, and a private airfield.  Colorado Springs has intergraded hiking, biking, and public trail systems that go as far north as Palmer Lake, south to Fountain, west to Old Colorado City, and east to Peyton.  Neighborhood parks and open space is plentiful.  There are skate board parks, hockey rinks, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, rock climbing and mountain biking areas, and play grounds. 

 

Colorado Springs is a military community comprised of Fort Carson, The Air Force Academy, Peterson Air Field, and Schriever Air Force Base. 

  

Colorado Springs is located in the foothills of the Pikes Peak.  There are mountain views everywhere you travel in the city and in all neighborhoods. Colorado Springs is 60 miles south of Denver and 45 miles north of Pueblo.  The population is around 500,000 for the Pikes Peak area.
